1. What is BCH and what do you sell?

BCH Naturals creates natural, coconut oil-based products designed for skincare, massage, and intimacy. We focus on premium ingredients, always organic . Indeed, we use no unnecessary additives.

2. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in our products, drop us a message / get in touch via the form below / reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours and delivered, without a doubt, within 3-5 working days via tracked shipping.

4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, check the ingredient list or do a patch test before use.

5. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, get in touch and we’ll make it right. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for details.

6. Are your products vegan & cruelty-free?

Yes! Our range is 100% cruelty-free and, in particular, our products are vegan-friendly. Check individual listings for details.

7. Can I use your products with latex condoms?

Our oil-based products are not compatible with latex condoms. We recommend polyurethane or polyisoprene alternatives.
