BCH Naturals Ltd Refunds and Returns Policy.
At BCH Naturals, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns & refunds policy in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds and Returns Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged/faulty item
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/custom products cannot be returned unless defective.
Gift cards & promotional items are non-refundable.
