This is the official BCH Naturals Returns & Refunds Policy. It explains how customers can return products, request a refund, and what exceptions apply. We are committed to ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds and Returns Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged/faulty item
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Personalised or custom products cannot be returned unless defective.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
