This is the official BCH Naturals Shipping Policy. It explains how and when we deliver your order.
At BCH Naturals, we believe shopping should be simple. That’s why we offer complimentary shipping on all orders – no hidden costs, no minimum spend.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Tracking Your Order
We offer a tracking number with your order and is provided in your dispatch email so you can follow your order’s progress.
3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the UK only.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
4. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:
